Glee to honour Michael Jackson in new episode

The cast of Glee are set to tackle the phenomenal back catalogue of Michael Jackson in a forthcoming episode.

Simply entitled 'Michael', the episode will air in the U.S. on January 31 and will features some of the late King of Pop's most loved tracks including 'Smooth Criminal' and 'Wanna Be Startin' Something', which was famously sampled by Rihanna in her smash hit 'Don't Stop The Music'.

The promotional teaser clip that has been released for the exciting new episode shows the students of both McKinley High and the Dalton Academy performing Jackson's anthems in a variety of outfits.

This won't be the first time that Glee has covered one of the superstar's songs as back in 2011 the show's stars treated viewers to a mash up of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' 'Heads Will Roll' with Jackson's 'Thriller'.
