JLS ready to go the extra mile for Sport Relief 2012

JLS have revealed that they are interested in taking part in a feat of physical endurance for Sport Relief 2012.

The boyband have announced that they are releasing this year's Sport Relief charity single, but they told MTV that they are willing to go one further in the their efforts to support the cause.

The likes of River Thames swimmer David Walliams have famously gone the extra mile to raise money for the charity in the past - and JLS member Aston Merrygold confirmed that they would be willing to try "pretty much anything". He said:

"We are four fairly fit young guys so we would definitely like to push ourselves in an avenue that is different to music, whether it will be climbing a mountain, or doing a trek or a triathlon or whatever. I don't think there's much that we are really scared of. We would try pretty much everything."

The quartet have already confirmed that they will be taking part in the Sport Relief Mile charity run on March 25.
