Pixie Lott wants all-female collaboration

British songstress Pixie Lott has admitted that she would love to record an all-female duet similar to the well-loved collaboration by Brandy and Monica on 'The Boy Is Mine'.

The star was chatting to Capital FM about potential plans to team up with other artists for special projects and revealed that it would be a dream come true to work with another independent and well-respected female artist for a one-off anthem:

"I'd love to do a duet with a female singer because not many girls do it. It's more boy and girl. I don't know if you remember this song from back in the day – Brandy and Monica, 'The Boy Is Mine' – I love that song, so I'd love to do something like that."

Despite her aspirations for a girl power partnership, Lott can't decide who would be the best to work with and explained that she has a list of inspirational singers that would be ideal:

"There's so many amazing people. It could be UK or American. In America, you've got Beyonce or Rihanna, all these amazing people. Adele, who's in both markets. Jessie J, Ellie Goulding…there's loads."
