Whitney Houston's daughter doing "much better", says Bobby Brown

Whitney Houston's ex husband Bobby Brown has confirmed that daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing "much better" after being hospitalised after her mother's death.

Bobbi was said to have been rushed to hospital soon after her mother Whitney passed away on Saturday (February 11).

In a statement released yesterday (February 14), Bobby Brown asked again to be given privacy in this hard time and that he is continuing to support his daughter. He said:

"My daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing much better. We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother's death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye. I ask again that our privacy be respected."

As previously reported, Whitney Houston has seen a number of her songs re-enter the UK singles chart as the public seek to pay tribute to the vocal star.
