Adele equals Whitney Houston's impressive chart record

Vocal sensation Adele has managed to equal an incredible chart record set by the late Whitney Houston back in 1993 after her album '21' spent its 20th week at No.1 on the Billboard 200.

Over the weekend (February 12), Adele won a phenomenal 6 GRAMMY awards and sales of her sophomore record will undoubtedly have been boosted by this recent success.

Houston set the feat years ago with her 'Bodyguard Soundtrack', but the all-time record belongs to the 'West Side Story Soundtrack' which spent 54 weeks at the top spot following its release.

Earlier this week, Adele confirmed that the fourth and final single to be taken from '21' will be 'Rumour Has It'
