Frankie Cocozza has revealed that he was paid "£1,000" for faking a fling with Geordie Shore's Holly Hagan.

The former X Factor man had been pictured kissing Hagan in public, before later admitting on the Xtra Factor that he had taken her to bed too.

However, Cocozza told the Daily Star that he was actually offered a thousand pounds to perform the kiss in front of photographers. He said:

"I got a grand off Holly's agent for kissing her in the street. They gave me the money that night for doing it. I just did it because I was pissed, to be honest."

However, he added that he regrets the decision, and suggested that he would never do it again. He continued:

"The next day I regretted doing it. I know a lot of celebs set up pap shots on a regular basis and make money from it but I'm not normally into that. I just did it the once."
