The Wanted have celebrated Spring Break in style at a special MTV event in the US.

The boyband performed at the event in Las Vegas as happy fans stripped down to bikinis and shorts.

A group of females joined the band on stage as all hell broke loose in the sunshine.

The band's Jay McGuiness was even snapped kissing one of their adoring fans on the lips as she joined them on stage.

It's not the first time in recent days The Wanted have gone through the trials and tribulations of being ambushed on stage by over excited females. The band recently performed on the Jay Leno chat show, ending their gig with a stage invasion at the hands of amorous fans.

The Wanted have also recently announced the US release of 'Gold Forever' as they attempt to capitalise on their Stateside success.
