Justin Bieber has proclaimed that his new album is going to be "super special".

The teen sensation released his new single 'Boyfriend' today (March 26) as he gears up for a new album release.

Speaking to Capital FM, Bieber said that the album contains "so many different people, artists and producers" that the finished product is going to be something pretty special.

He also spoke directly to his fans to assure them that he's trying to make the best album he can. Bieber said:

"You know we've been working on the album for the past couple of months now and we've collaborated with so many different people, artists and producers, so it's really going to be super special. I don't want to give out too much but I just want to let the fans know that this album is basically all my hard work and all my efforts just to make the best album I can for all my fans."
