Lindsay Lohan confirmed for 'Glee'

Lindsay Lohan will appear in a forthcoming episode of 'Glee'.

Rumours began circulating earlier this week about the actress potentially joining the talented cast of the hit U.S. musical drama series as a judge at the Nationals competiton, and a spokesperson for Lohan has now confirmed the news to People magazine.

Steve Honig explained that the 25-year-old 'Mean Girls' superstar "will be appearing in an episode of Glee," although no further details were revealed.

Lohan will be the lastest guest star to feature on the show, which has previously seen cameos from the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Ricky Martin and Britney Spears.

Her representative also explained that while she "is not celebrating" nearing the end of her legal obligations, she is "very eager to get back on set and dive into her next few projects" and "has been a champ and she is very eager to put all of this behind her".
