Boyband JLS enjoyed some down time earlier this week with a paintballing session and soon discovered it really does only take 'One Shot' after a security guard got hit in the throat with a pellet.

Oritse Williams accidentally hit minder Gaz Batey in the neck during the game and the injury caused him a trip to the hospital although it wasn't serious.

Marvin Humes also shot another the group's security guards in the arm and posted a photo of the lesion to social networking site Twitter following the day out at Manchester's Paintball Arena.

The 'Proud' hitmakers also added: "Just had a great day out with the team paintballing @paintballarena in Oldham! Thanks guys!! Had a great day..Marv and the lads."
