Rihanna describes new 'Take Care' video as 'beautiful'

Rihanna has described the upcoming video for ‘Take Care,’ her second collaboration with Drake, as ‘beautiful.’

The 23-year-old, who also confirmed today that she has started work on her seventh studio album, told Capital FM that the black and white promo is a departure from the Canadian hip-hop star’s usual fare:

"I can't wait to see what all my fans think. I saw it a couple of days ago, I love it."

"It's beautiful. It's different from anything Drake has ever done."

Director Yoann Lemoine appeared to back-up Rihanna’s claims during an interview with MTV News earlier this month following the release of several stills showing the pair in a passionate embrace.

He said:  “They seemed to be super close and that's what I wanted for the video. Visually, it's a very humble video... It's not crazy.

"It's actually the most indie video I've done my whole life. It's probably the most famous artists, and they were so open to a project that was so minimal.”

The eagerly-awaited video for the track, which follows last year’s number one duet, ‘What’s My Name?,’ is expected to debut within the next week.
