Backstreet Boys praise The Wanted and One Direction

Backstreet Boys have praised UK boybands The Wanted and One Direction, suggesting that they might want to work with them in the future.

Both bands are riding high in the US at the moment, with One Direction's debut album 'Up All Night' shooting straight to No.1 in the Billboard charts.

Speaking to PopStop.TV, Backstreets Boys took time to praise the new era of boybands - specifically The Wanted and One Direction. A.J. McLean said:

"Everything goes full circle and boybands are back. You got The Wanted, we have One Direction, and they're hit records."

When asked if there's any boybands they would like to work with - such as One Direction - A.J. McLean replied:

"One Direction..I love their record. It's a really good record."

As previously reported, Backstreet Boys have announced that they will be screening their London O2 Arena gig in late April into hundreds of cinemas across Europe.
