Jessie J, The Wanted and Justin Bieber are just some of the names that have today been confirmed to perform at this year’s Capital Summertime Ball.

Superstars Katy Perry, Usher and Kelly Clarkson will also appear at the event, which is held at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 9, as will Flo Rida, Example, Ed Sheeran and Pitbull, whilst Coldplay will round off their own stadium tour by putting in an appearance at the radio station’s annual extravaganza.

Breakfast show presenter Dave Berry revealed his excitement at the news, saying: "The secret's out… the best ever line-up for the Summertime Ball is finally out there. It doesn't get much bigger than this and I can't wait to be there!" 

Tickets for the concert go on general sale on April 23 at 8am, whilst a pre-sale is now available to Capitalfm.com VIPs and Vodafone customers.
