Danny O' Donoghue overwhelmed by The Voice talent, worries about giving contestants adviceDanny O'Donoghue has revealed that while filming episodes of The Voice UK he often becomes a little concerned by the fact that some of the contestants are better at singing than he is. Speaking to the Daily Mail, the Script rocker explained that he struggles to think of useful pointers for the auditioning vocalists because he feels that some of them have a higher level of talent: "I promise that, on some occasions, someone would open his or her mouth and I’d be thinking: “You’re better than me. How on earth am I going to be able to give you pointers?" He also opened up about his relationship with his fellow vocal coaches and described 'Price Tag' superstar Jessie J as "a real livewire": "Jessie’s a real livewire. Very witty, very quick, very intelligent, all way beyond her years. She’s still only 24. Will.i.am is an amazing character. He’s genuinely funny off-screen, too, so I’m glad his real personality is coming across on the show."
