The Voice UK live tour dates released

Details of a live tour for The Voice UK have finally been confirmed and the show's contestants are due to hit the road later this year.

A statement released about the nature of the live dates explains that The Voice's winner along with seven runners up will join forces for the tour and it's set to be an exciting event:

"You've watched them in the blind auditions, seen them sing their hearts out in the battles, supported them, tweeted them, now it's your chance to see for yourself the singer who is eventually crowned champion of the show and the seven fellow finalists - a group of the most talented singers in the UK, live on stage."

The acts will perform at London's O2 Arena, as well as Liverpool's Echo Arena and Glasgow's SECC Arena, and the tour's first date will be on September 12 in Bournemouth.

The Voice judge Will.i.Am recently came under fire after reports surfaced that suggested he hasn't spent a lot of time with his own team, but he explained that he is mentoring them in his own way and won't apologise for his methods.
