Scissor Sisters have announced a new UK and Ireland tour.

The group will take to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland in October to play a number of dates.

The tour will kick off on October 1 at Dublin's Olympia before heading to England via Glasgow.

The jaunt will finish off at the country's capital London at the Roundhouse venue on October 25.

The full tour schedule is as follows:

October 15 – Guildhall, Portsmouth
October 16 – O2 Academy, Leeds
October 19 – Barrowland, Glasgow
October 20 – Apollo, Manchester
