Madonna producer William Orbit admits error in Facebook 'MDNA' comments

William Orbit has admitted error in posting on Facebook that Madonna's 'MDNA' album wasn't as good as it could have been due to time constraints.

Orbit helped produce the album, which didn't quite perform as well in the charts as some may have expected.

He recently took to Facebook to say that the best tracks didn't make the album due to time limits - and that they have now been given to other artists to use.

However, Orbit posted yesterday (May 27) that he shouldn't have made the comments in the public domain. He said:

"I acknowledge that I erred in putting some of my concerns into the public sphere. No ifs and buts. I ought to know by now that even in a remote corner of the internet, if it mentions Madonna, it will be all over the place in seconds."
