Music's top stars prepare for Diamond Jubilee concert

A host of top music names are preparing ahead of tonight's (June 4) Diamond Jubilee gig in London.

Take That star Gary Barlow has been overseeing the event, which will see the likes of Sir Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and Jessie J perform at the concert outside Buckingham Palace.

JLS, who are also playing the show, have been building up to their performance on Twitter with words of appreciation, tweeting:

"So the day is here..performing for Her Majesty The Queen at the Diamond Jubilee Concert! Huge moment 4us..thanks 4the love & support..Marv x."

Kylie Minogue meanwhile tweeted a photo of herself rehearsing for the event wearing a plastic poncho as the wet British weather reverted to type.
