Rita Ora has revealed her appreciation of the support she receives from record company boss Jay-Z and his superstar wife Beyoncé.

The Kosovan singer, who is signed to the rap icon’s Roc Nation label, told More! magazine that she feels blessed to have the backing of her musical heroes:

"I'm really happy and honoured to be around people like Jay and Beyoncé - they're like my idols. I don't think it gets any higher than that in my eyes.”

The 'R.I.P.' star, who is set to perform at today’s Capital Summertime Ball, also went onto reveal her ambitions for the rest of the year:

"At the end of this year I would like to have my face on people's shelves. I'd just like for them to buy my album and to appreciate and love music like I do.

I love the fact that people want to support me and come to my gigs and have fun with my music. We can just all have fun together."
