Adam Lambert says he will look back on Queen shows "in years to come" with sincere pride

'Never Close Our Eyes' sensation Adam Lambert has admitted that performing live with Queen will be one of those incredible experiences that he looks back on "in years to come" with a huge sense of pride.

The singer is set to wow mainland Europe and the UK over the next few weeks with a series of shows as the frontman of the 'We Will Rock You' outfit, and told ABC Radio that he'll learn a lot from the gigs as well as make some fantastic memories:

"For me, personally, I think I’m gonna look back on this in years to come and kind of think, ‘Wow, what a treat. What an honor to be able to be asked to sing with legends.'"

"Their music is iconic and Freddie Mercury, for me, is obviously one the the very great performers in history and a definite idol for me."

"I…think that I’m gonna learn a lot from it. You know, working with [Queen]…. these guys have been in the business a long time and they’ve seen a lot and they’ve…been through time and trends…I think there’s something really magical about that.”
