Ed Sheeran's music inspires Wimbledon star

'Lego House' hitmaker Ed Sheeran has become so popular that he's even influencing the mood of some of the hottest sports stars.

Tennis sensation Andy Murray recently revealed that while preparing for his fourth round against Marin Cilic, which was suspended due to rain, he spent time listening to Sheeran's music to prepare mentally:

"I just went back, changed, had a little chat with Ivan, listened to some music (Ed Sheeran) warmed up again."

Murray also attended one of Sheeran's concerts last month and he acknowledged the athletic celebrity's presence by tweeting a public message of thanks:

"The Big ups to andy murray for coming to the show yesterday, nice chap, good luck on sunday!"

Upon hearing that Murray listened to some of his tracks while waiting out the bad weather, the flame-haired singer said: "Murray is a lad."
