Singer-songwriter Ben Montague discusses wild nights out with The Wanted

Singer-songwriter Ben Montague has opened up about The Wanted’s off-stage behaviour during their recent tour together.

The 29-year-old, who supported the ‘Chasing The Sun’ stars on their arena tour alongside Parade and Lawson, told The Sun that the boyband certainly know how to let their hair down:

"We went out for a messy night after the last gig of the tour in Newcastle. Let's just say there were a lot of shots involved and we had a very hungover journey back.

"The Wanted played a lot of pranks on their supporting girlband, Parade. A good few stink bombs went off. I just thought my drummer had farted!"

The Kent-born vocalist, who releases new album, ‘Tales Of Flying & Falling,’ on July 8, also admitted that he was pleased with the response he received from The Wanted’s fans:

"I didn’t know what to expect at first from The Wanted but they're the nicest guys.

"My style is a bit rockier-pop, so I didn't know how the audience would go down, but they loved it."
