Fleetwood Mac to reunite for tour in 2013

'Go Your Own Way' stars Fleetwood Mac have opened up about plans to get together for a string of dates throughout 2013.

Member Stevie Nicks appeared as a guest on US news channel CBS earlier this morning (July 12) and explained that the group intend to tour next year:

"Next year, so far. It's the plan. Because that's what we do. I do my [solo] thing. And Lindsey is out doing his [solo] thing now. Everybody's on board."

Earlier this year, the band's drummer Mick Fleetwood admitted to Playboy that getting back together to perform live probably wouldn't ever happen in the future so this news will come as a fantastic surprise to their fans.

Nicks also spoke about the tragic suicide of bandmate and guitarist Bob Welch and explained how shocked she was to hear that he had killed himself back in June:

"I couldn't even imagine that anything could be so bad as to cause that. And I just feel very, very bad that somebody could have been that miserable to do something that crazy."
