Rita Ora has revealed her admiration for superstar Rihanna.

The rising British singer has been likened to the 'Where Have You Been' singer but it seems that it is something she has no qualms with.

Speaking to Complex magazine, Ora praised Rihanna's work ethic and said that she will use that spirit and "discipline" in her own career. She said:

"I admire Rihanna. She works her a** off. She hasn't had a break and she has given people hit after hit after hit. That work ethic and discipline is hardcore. That's the kind of s*** that I want to do. That I will do."

Rita Ora meanwhile also commented on a kiss which Rihanna planted on her cheek, with the singer admitting they wanted to "make a joke out of it". She said:

"Everyone thought that we hated each other, but the whole thing was created by the media. That's what's so funny. She said, 'Let's just tweet this and get people mad'. We made a joke out of it. It's love. Roc Nation is such an incredible, unique team, especially in the music industry. Everyone genuinely loves and cares about each other."
