David Cameron reveals the Queen is a Dizzee Rascal fan

The opening ceremony for the London 2012 Olympic Games may be over, but people are still talking about the spectacle and the United Kingdom's Prime Minister recalled an endearing anecdote at a recent event.

The fantastic performance took place on Friday, July 27 and saw Dizzee treat viewers and the live audience alike to a frenetic rendition of his hit 'Bonkers'.

Speaking in London last night (July 30), David Cameron revealed to Kate Middleton that during Danny Boyle's opening sequence, Prince William told him that the Queen is a "great fan" of grime superstar Dizzee Rascal:

"My favourite part of the opening ceremony was when your husband leant over and said to me, 'I don't know if you know, Prime Minister, but my grandmother is a great fan of Dizzee Rascal'."
