P!nk reveals she was offered several high-profile judging roles on vocal talent shows

'Blow Me (One Last Kiss)' hitmaker P!nk has confessed that she was offered judging roles on some of the hottest TV vocal talent contests.

Speaking to Australia's Herald Sun newspaper, she explained that several panel positions were handed to her, but she decided to turn them down because she didn't want to be seen as mean when giving honest opinions to hopeful contestants:

"I was offered The Voice in Australia plus American Idol and The X Factor. I said no because you can't be honest."

"People will hate you if you're honest. Simon Cowell is the only person who gets away with it because he's got an accent. And he's a man."

"People would just hate me more than they already do. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. Besides, you can sing karaoke anywhere."

Her new studio album, 'The Truth About Love', is set to be released on September 17 in the UK and she recently confirmed that it'll feature an exciting collaboration with rap heavyweight Eminem.
