Taylor Swift on working with Ed Sheeran: 'He's one of my favourite people in the world'

Songstress Taylor Swift has finally opened up about the much-talked about duet she recorded with British sensation Ed Sheeran.

During a web chat earlier this week, in which she unveiled both the title of and lead single from her new album, Swift explained that she created the song with Sheeran in a rather unusual location and they both fell in love with it:

"Ed Sheeran is one of my favourite people in the world.He's so cool and he's such a great artist. We wrote a song while sitting on a trampoline that we loved so much that we ended up recording it as a duet."

Her forthcoming new record is set to be released on October 22 and is called 'Red', and the cut will be preceded by a single named 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.

Speaking about her new album, Swift recently admitted that the lyrics are hiding "little codes" as she wanted to be more "clever and cryptic" this time around. Listen to her recently shared break-up anthem below:
