Geri Halliwell on the Spice Girls: "We love and accept each other"

Geri Halliwell has reiterated that the Spice Girls are all on good terms.

The 90s pop act reunited for a one-off performance at the Olympic Games Closing Ceremony on August 12.

The 'Wannabe' stars have had an occasionally fractured past, with Halliwell leaving the band in 1998 as the rest of the group vowed to continue on.

Speaking to Hello!, Halliwell said that whatever happened previously is history, adding that a number of gifts were exchanged between the ladies as they reunited once again. She said:

"The girls were very sweet and made me feel special. There was a cake, lovely presents - an elegant, pretty necklace - and singing of course."

Halliwell continued: "No matter what's happened in the past, we love and accept each other. I always laugh most when I'm around them."
