Usher has won primary custody of his two sons, it has been reported.

The music star has been embroiled in a legal battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster over their two children - Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3.

The Associated Press reports that Fulton County Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane has confirmed that Usher and Tameka will share custody of their kids - but that the singer will have day-to-day control over them.

The pair married in 2007 but divorced in 2009.

As previously reported, Tameka's 11-year-old son Kyle Glover was tragically killed in July after being involved in a jet ski accident.
