Rolling Stones are recording in Paris

This year marks the Rolling Stones' 50th anniversary and member Mick Jagger has revealed some exciting news via Twitter.

He took to his official page on the social networking site several days ago (August 23) and told his followers that he's been spending time in the studio with his band, although he didn't specify if they had been working on new material:

"Had fun in the Paris studio this week! @RollingStones"

Last week, the group also revealed that the exhibition at London's Somerset House, entitled 'The Rolling Stones: 50 Exhibition', has been extended due to phenomenal demand:

"By popular demand, the #RollingStones50 @SomersetHouse exhibition's run has been extended to Sunday 2nd September."
