Producer Diplo calls for Spice Girls contact

Super producer Diplo has put out a public call for the Spice Girls to get in touch with him.

The star fuelled speculation that he wants to work with the 'Viva Forever' group by posting an open message on his official Twitter page earlier this afternoon (August 29). He wrote:

"I need to reach some one in the spice girls please hit me me up diplo@maddecent.com"

Diplo, real name Thomas Wesley Pentz, recently worked with the likes of Beyoncé, Rita Ora, and M.I.A.

Meanwhile, the Spice Girls rocked the Olympic Closing Ceremony on August 12 although they haven't confirmed any plans to either record new music or tour together.

Mel B recently revealed that she would be up for a run of live dates with the girls after their Olympic reunion and told The Mirror newspaper that they've remained close so she won't rule out any future happenings:

"We're always talking about getting together. We always have cups of tea and dinners together. We're all friends at the end of the day. It was lovely. Those four girls mean everything to me. We had such an amazing time."
