Little Mix score second UK number one single with ‘Wings’

Little Mix have today scored their second UK number one single with ‘Wings.’

The 2011 X-Factor winners pushed Sam & The Womp’s ‘Bom Bom’ down to number two to repeat the chart-topping success of their Damien Rice cover, ‘Cannonball.’

Rita Ora’s ‘How We Do’ dropped to No.3, Public Enemy's 'Harder Than You Think' rose to No.4, while Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Good Time’ climbed to No.5.

Elsewhere, there were new entries for Lucy Spraggan’s ‘Last Night’ (No.11), Fazer’s ‘Killer’ (No.17) and Cover Drive’s ‘Explode’ (No.29), and climbs for Of Monsters & Men’s ‘Little Talks’ (No.12) and fun’s ‘Some Nights' (No.14).
