Rita Ora’s debut album lands at UK No.1

Rita Ora has today entered at the top of the album charts with her first studio effort, ‘Ora.’

The 21-year-old’s debut, home to chart-topping singles ‘Hot Right Now,’ ‘R.I.P.’ and ‘How We Do (Party),’ comfortably outsold its nearest challenger, Emeli Sande's 'Our Version Of Events,' to take pole position in its first week.

Of Monsters & Men's 'My Head Is An Animal' entered at No.3, Elbow's 'Dead In The Boot' debuted at No.4, while Paloma Faith’s ‘Fall To Grace’ dropped to No.5.

Elsewhere, there were new entries for Lucy Spraggan’s ‘Top Room At The Zoo,’ Alanis Morissette’s ‘Havoc and Bright Lights,’ The Noisettes’ ‘Contact’ and Slaughterhouse’s ‘Welcome To Our House.’
