Nicki Minaj confirms new single release and female vocal cameo

Nicki Minaj has revealed that she will drop a new single this week.

The 'Beez In The Trap' star took part in a Q&A with fans last night (September 10) after revealing that she will be re-releasing her 2012 album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' in November.

She said that the new release - which is called 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded: The Re Up' - will contain between five and eight added tracks.

One of the new songs - entitled 'The Boys' - will be unleashed as a single this week, although she didn't say exactly when.

The 'Starships' singer also revealed that the single will contain guest vocals from a female.

As previously reported, Minaj took to Twitter recently to all but deny suggestion that she was a Republican Party supporter.

Rumour had emerged about her political orientation following lyrics featured on a mix tape, but she tweeted out in support of the Democrat US President Barack Obama.
