Lady Gaga turns down Madonna live duet

The Queen of Pop recently reached out to Lady Gaga and asked her if she would consider joining her onstage in her hometown of New York City during the Manhattan date of her MDNA tour.

Despite the generous offer from Madonna, 'Marry The Night' superstar Lady Gaga has been forced to decline because of her own touring commitments and her manager, Vincent Herbert, told Sway 45:

"Madonna just called to ask Gaga to perform with her at Yankee Stadium. Her manager reached out to us and said Madonna would like Gaga to perform with her." He added: "She really wished she could do it. She said, 'If we do it, let's donate the money to charity'. But Gaga's committed to her own tour."

Gaga's next concert on her current Born This Way Ball tour will take place tomorrow (October 2) in Italy at the Mediolanum Forum and from there she will continue on to Spain, France and then Mexico.
