Professor Green pranks girlfriend live on radio

'Monster' hitmaker Professor Green took over Radio 1 earlier this morning for a game of 'Call or Delete' with his unsuspecting girlfriend, Millie Mackintosh.

The premise of the game, which was devised by DJ Nick Grimshaw, sees a celebrity or music star having to prank someone in their personal phone book or risk having their number erased and the rapper decided to ring his 'Made in Chelsea' girlfriend for a chat.

He explained that he had been photographed by paparazzi holding glamour model and former Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas's hand: "When I was coming out I bumped into something and got papped. I bumped into Imogen Thomas."

Mackintosh quickly responded: "Why would you even talk to her. You just got papped talking to her? You got papped having coffee with Imogen Thomas? I can imagine the headlines already."

Green then pushed the story a little further, adding: "I'm so sorry. It looks like we are holding hands too. But we weren't, it was completely innocent."

Upon hearing this, Mackintosh exclaimed: "Why would you be holding her hands. Stephen, are you joking? You wouldn't go for coffee with Imogen Thomas in your right mind."

Following the on-air prank, Green then took to his official Twitter page and joked: "Thank you@R1Breakfast and @grimmers for ruining my relationship. I'll be taking no responsibility - obviously."
