Girls Aloud superstar Cheryl Cole has spoken out about the problems caused by her microphone at yesterday's televised 'Stand Up To Cancer' event.

She performed on the programme last night (October 19) in London, but was barely audible during her rendition of 'Call My Name' on Channel 4 after she was plagued with technical issues.

Following her appearance, Cole took to her personal Twitter page and called people out for criticising her on the social networking site:

"I really dn't feel upset abt the tec issues during my performance and chat.. I just hope every1 commenting on it has done their part 4 the cause."

Yesterday, Girls Aloud hosted a press conference at which they confirmed their reunion and announced details of a brand new tour.
