Robbie Williams: 'I'm sure there's hatred between One Direction members'

'Angels' superstar Robbie Williams has opened up about the tough dynamic of being in a successful boyband and explained that he wouldn't be surprised to discover there was tension between the members of One Direction.

Speaking about the love/hate relationship that often plagued the singers in Take That, something which especially influenced the friendship he had with Gary Barlow, Williams admitted that it's not easy to always get on with everyone and being young and famous only makes it more difficult:

"I loved Gary and disliked him. I'm sure that in One Direction right now, there's going to be hatred between certain members for certain things - all young and daft stuff."

Williams also recently joked that staying faithful is hard, but it's a lot easier now that he doesn't go out and drink so much: "It's a hundred times easier when you don't drink, and I don't drink. If I drank, we'd literally be f*****. If I drank, I could not keep it in my trousers at all."

"I always have my wife with me. Always. I haven't missed playing around but I'm still a guy. This will be an ongoing project. Feels unnatural – but so far, so good."
