One Direction's Harry Styles has become good friends with Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw and the DJ recently spoke about their relationship, and in particular Styles' way with women.

Entertainmentwise caught up with Grimshaw at last night's Cosmopolitan Awards in London and asked him why the floppy-haired heartthrob is so popular with the ladies.

"I don't know," he replied, and when asked if the 'Live While We're Young' singer has asked for any pulling tips he simply joked: "He doesn't need them!"

Meanwhile, One Direction have now been confirmed to perform at the upcoming Royal Variety Show on November 19 where they will treat the live audience, which will include the Queen, along with viewers at home to a rendition of their new single 'Little Things'.
