'Turn Me On' sensation Keri Hilson has revealed that a recent flight was plagued with fear after she passed out and "threw up" while on board.

In a series of tweets posted earlier today (November 2), the star sparked concerns for her health and wellbeing after admitting that she had an unpleasant experience after falling ill on her way back from China:

"sure hope my day gets better cuz this morning I'm having so far... o_O I fainted on my flight. then I threw up. I'm fine now, I just need real rest...haven't had more than 3.5hrs of sleep in 48hrs #whatdreamsrmadeof"

She then added: "oh. and thennnn I left my purse & gifts from China on the plane, discombobulated. *sigh* drinking gatorade & HOME-bound. I'm good now..."

Despite the setback, Hilson spent part of this week sharing photos from her trip and told her fans that China was "awesome".
