Some big names have signed on to perform at an upcoming benefit concert for the relief efforts of Hurricane Sandy.

Sir Paul McCartney, Kanye West and Bruce Springsteen have all been confirmed for the gig, which has been named '12-12-12', that will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Billy Joel, The Who, Alicia Keys and Jon Bon Jovi are also set to play live sets at the concert on December 12. Money raised from the event will be donated to the Robin Hood Relief Fund and will then be used to help benefit those affected by Sandy in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
