Louis Walsh believes Adele should be back working despite reportedly giving birth recently.

The singer is said to have given birth to her first child in October and apart from releasing the James Bond theme 'Skyfall', she has kept largely inactive.

This has annoyed X Factor judge and music manager Walsh, who told Q that if he was looking after the '21' star then she would have returned to work by now. He said:

"Someone like you should be back at work already. If we had someone like Adele, no way would she not be working now."

He continued: "Fine, have a baby. But then get back out there before they forget who you are. She'd be on every TV show and there'd be another album already. Work the room - that's my philosophy!"

As previously reported, Louis Walsh settled a defamation case worth £400,000 of damages with The Sun on Wednesday (November 28) after their Irish edition printed a false sexual assault allegation in 2011.
