Taylor Swift debuts new video

Taylor Swift has unveiled her latest music video.

The country-pop singer is releasing the song 'I Knew You Were Trouble' as the next single from her hit album 'Red'.

It follows tracks such as 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' as she looks to cement her place as one of pop's leading icons.

The clip for the song was released on her birthday (December 13) as Swift celebrated turning 23 years old.

Taking to Twitter to plug the video, Swift said that she was "proud" of how the clip came out. She said:

"The video. Starring the unbelievable @ReeveCarney, directed by the amazing @AnthonyMandler. I'm so proud of this one."

Speaking previously about the video, Swift said: "As soon as I started writing this song, I knew it was different from anything else on the record, so I knew I wanted the video to be different from anything we'd done ever done. I wanted to tell the story of a girl who falls into a world that's too fast for her, and suffers the consequences."
