Irish twins and pop duo Jedward are due to launch their brand new television show next week and have spoken out about their excitement to reveal it.

The programme, entitled 'Jedward's Big Adventure', shows the lads visiting the "UK's coolest visitor spots" such as Somerset's Cheddar Gorge and Thames and Greenwich in London.

It will begin on Monday, January 7 on CBBC and John and Edward Grimes explained that it will be a fantastic thing for their fans to watch: "It's an amazing experience filming this show and we can't wait to visit more of the UK's coolest visitor spots."

"We'll be learning all the facts about each place and we get to wear the craziest costumes. Watch out. Planet Jedward is turning tour guide. It's gonna be jepic."

On January 2, Jedward posted a rather entertaining and random tweet to their followers that read: "They Need 2 Give Gorilaz Bigger Bananas Cuz all the Gorilaz R Slipping on all the Peels but if there was 1 Big Banana Peel they'd Dodge It!"
