Bingo Players overtake Britney Spears and Will.i.Am in No.1 single race

Dutch dance duo Bingo Players have debuted at No.1 during today's midweek chart update with their single, 'Get Up (Rattle)', which also features Far East Movement.

The Official Charts Company explained that it has taken a "significant lead" over this week's No.2, which is Britney Spears and Will.i.Am's collaboration, 'Scream & Shout'.

Conor Maynard's latest offering, 'Animal' featuring Wiley, has shot up an impressive 30 places to No.4, Amelia Lily's new cut, 'Shut Up (And Give Me Whatever You Got'), debuted at No.9, and Little Mix have a new entry at 37 with 'Change Your Life'.

There are two other low new entries this afternoon (January 23) from Rita Ora with 'Radioactive' at No.39 and Ellie Goulding at No.40 with 'Explosions'.
