Former Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt says her model boyfriend loves her "sexy" figure.

The blonde beauty is currently dating Max Rogers and says her beau approves of her enviably toned figure.

The trained dancer explained to Star magazine: "My boyfriend finds my figure very sexy! He joins me in my workouts, he helps train me. We are gym buddies. Since I left the Pussycat Dolls he's been putting me through my paces.

Wyatt added: "I train five or six times a week and do 30 minutes of cardio and then interval training - four minutes on, two-minute break. I also swim as it's a great stress-reliever."

Wyatt looks after her body but admits she doesn't deny herself the odd treat or two.

The 30-year-old star revealed: "Saturdays are a cheat day. I used to be strict seven days a week, but now on a Saturday I'll eat anything. At the moment that's chocolate digestives and cheese and pickles! I love British food!

She continued: "I'm not afraid of a drink or two. I do like a glass of red wine. I have a beer here and there, vodka tonic and lime is always good if you are trying to watch your weight. And of course, champagne!"
