Ed Sheeran has given his thoughts on performing at this year's Grammy Awards.

The British star appeared at the star-studded ceremony last night (February 10) in Los Angeles and took to the stage with Sir Elton John.

The pair played a rendition of the singer-songwriter's 'The A Team' for a special duet.

Speaking on Twitter about the collaboration, Sheeran said: "So much fun playing my song with Sir Elton too, will not forget that!!"

He previously tweeted: "Met some pretty cool people tonight, bit mad to be sat at the front!"

Sheeran's 'The A Team' was nominated for the Song of the Year Grammy, but it lost out to fun.'s 'We Are Young'.
