Dubstep DJ and producer Skrillex has designed a custom pair of jeans for clothing brand G-Star that will be sold from March 15.

The 25-year-old has been working on a limited-edition version of the G-Star 'Elwood', called the 'Illwood' (pictured below), and G-Star's global brand director Shubhankar Ray explained in a statement how the partnership came about:

"We collaborated with Skrillex because he was a real fan and wearer of G-Star's signature 3D pant, Elwood, and we see Skrillex as a modern digital native pioneering DJ innovation in music. He reflects our brand DNA as a confident and pure innovator who is for the new generation of youth culture."

The pants feature a leather trim around the pockets, waistband mesh lining and the new 'Ill' logo. Skrillex is no stranger to branching out with projects outside of music as last year he announced that he plans to release a video game.
