Wiley leaks his own album after his managers 'didn't listen' to him

'Heatwave' hitmaker Wiley has taken the release of his new album, 'The Ascent', into his own hands and has shared it online for his followers free of charge.

In a series of tweets posted this afternoon (March 19), the star explained that his team haven't been listening to him about correcting something with the version being sent to iTunes for the official release so he decided to just leak the right version himself:

"I am leaking my album at 7... Americans do it so i am doing it. You lot who follow me can have it 12 days early... If ITunes don't do what i say i am leaking the album at 7 and i am not joking. I made a mistake on the album i need to make a change if Itunes cannot change the mistake i will leak it... today..."

"I hate being a idiot but sometimes people only listen when you are being a idiot. All day my label and manager have been ignoring me ya na and now they are talking to me lol fiuegfiugeuogfoegofgeuofgoegfoge."

When one of his followers joked that his management will be mad, Wiley replied honestly: "I done it to piss them off tbh cos they ain't listening to me about one situation on the album."

The link to download 'The Ascent', which was originally due to be released on April 1, can be found on Wiley's official Twitter stream.
