Little Mix: 'Our fans are proper hardcore, which is what we want'

UK based girl group Little Mix have praised the dedication of their fans around the world.

The 'DNA' ladies recently flew over to the USA for a whirlwind tour and told MTV News that they were overwhelmed with the support they received and loved having so much attention away from home:

"They're just incredible, aren't they? As soon as we got here, there were fans at the airport waiting for us with presents, balloons (pictured left) and at the hotel. It's just everywhere we go, we've got a good little selection of fans. They're so polite."

Member Perrie Edwards added that the band feeds off the energy given back by their followers and so far they have loved seeing people turn up to where they are and shouting their names:

"Our fans, like all over the world, like ever Little Mixer we have, are crazy in a good way. It makes us feel really good. They make you feel so welcome and I think as well, with our Littler Mixers, they're so dedicated. They are just proper hardcore and that's what we want."
